Little Monster Media are an audio branding and imaging production company based in Bristol, UK. We specialise in audio imaging and sound design FX for radio, podcasts, video, social media, online and all manner of audio production and services across the globe.
Adam Venton
FOUNDER / creative DIRECTOR
Adam is the founder and Creative Director of LMM, and has vast experience in the industry over the last decade. An award-winning producer, his career has seen him work on market leading stations such as BBC Radio 1, Kiss, Hits Radio, Magic, Heart and UKRD Group in the UK, as well as some of the best radio imaging libraries and services in the business including IMGR, Benztown, and The Mix Group - where he imaged over 200 stations in the US.
Aside from radio, Adam loves watching, playing and coaching football (he’s a huge Plymouth Argyle fan), as well as attempting to play golf (albeit badly). His wife Michelle is better than him at most of the above, and his son Zac will be too no doubt.
MATT SHIELDS
Audio Imaging Producer
Matt Shields is an Imaging Producer at Little Monster Media. He has worked in the radio industry for many years, serving as a commercial radio presenter and Programme Director as well as imaging producer. He also successfully launched a commercial DAB radio station in 2021.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling around his homeland, Scotland, with his partner and son.
JACK FREEMAN
JUNIOR Audio Imaging Producer
Jack Freeman is a Junior Audio Imaging Producer at Little Monster Media. He has recently started working in the radio industry after a mentorship with Adam who helped develop his skills. He is also currently working as a freelancer for BBC Creative making short audio promos for Podcasts/TV shows. In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash, badminton and watching horror films!

Voiceover demo producer
Radio Clyde commercial producer for 21 years, musician for nearly 40 years and all round good guy for over 50 years. His love for music started when he heard David Bowie’s “Sound & Vision” on the wireless back in the 70’s and ever since he has been obsessed by writing and recording his own music.
Never happier than when he is on a beach with his beloved kite buggy, he spends most of his days off chasing the wind all over the country and tearing along the beach of the west of Scotland.
